Burger Buns Done Right French Toast
INGREDIENTS:
1 package Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right® (8 buns)
5 eggs
1 ¾ cup whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup, plus more to serve
¼ tsp. sea salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup fresh berries, to serve
Directions:
Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup, and sea salt to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add butter to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Separate burger buns and dip individually into milk mixture until completely soaked through, but not falling apart. Add burger buns to preheated non-stick skillet and cook 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Repeat with remainder of buns.
Serve French toast with butter, fresh berries, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
