mini french toasts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Dave’s Killer Bread Rock ‘N’ Rolls® 

  • 2 Tbsp. butter 

  • 1 cup organic whole milk 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon 

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to serve  

Directions:

  1. Slice Rock ‘N’ Rolls® into thirds.  

  2. Add milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.  

  3. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.  

  4. Dip each Rock ‘N’ Rolls® slice into batter and fry in buttered skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden. 

  5. Serve mini French toasts with maple syrup and enjoy!
