mini french toasts
INGREDIENTS:
1 package Dave’s Killer Bread Rock ‘N’ Rolls®
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup organic whole milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to serve
Directions:
Slice Rock ‘N’ Rolls® into thirds.
Add milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Dip each Rock ‘N’ Rolls® slice into batter and fry in buttered skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden.
Serve mini French toasts with maple syrup and enjoy!
