spicy buffalo ranch blt

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread White Bread Done Right®

  • 8 ounces uncured pork bacon

  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce of choice, plus more to garnish

  • 1 Tbsp. ranch spread

  • 2 pieces green leaf lettuce

  • 1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place a thin wire rack on top of the parchment paper.

  2. Place bacon on prepared wire rack baking tray. Brush hot sauce on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove bacon from oven, flip, and brush additional hot sauce on bacon. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. Remove from oven.

  3. Prepare BLT: toast White Bread Done Right® according to toasted preferences. Top bottom piece with ranch spread, bacon, another drizzle of hot sauce, crisp lettuce, and heirloom tomato slices. Top with remaining toasted bread. Enjoy immediately!
