Costco Roadshows: Idaho
Roashow crews will hit Idaho again this week! We'll be setting up shop at the Twin Falls, ID, and Pocatello, ID Costco locations. ShareDKB adds another Cali Winco
Three varieties of Dave's Killer Bread--Good Seed, 21 Whole Grains, and Blues Bread--will now be available in the Brentwood, CA Winco, as well as the other four Cali Wincos (Temecula, Fontana, Folsom, and Roseville) that carry DKB. This is one of many expected additions all over California, so be ready for more updates soon!

Safeway Demos
Look for Dave's Killer Bread demo crews to be set up with a table at Safeways throughout Portland over the next several weeks! We will be at two locations each Friday from 4-7pm, and will be at the NE Broadway and SE Woodstock Safeway locations this Friday, the 30th. You can sample all varieties of Dave's Killer Bread and they even added Sin Dawgs, Blues Buns, and Peace Bombs to their inventory! Come by and try some Killer Bread, then take advantage of the fact that ALL varieties are on sale at Safeway!

Seattle Century
Dave's Killer Bread will be sponsoring the Seattle Century bicycle ride this Saturday, July 31st. The Seattle Century starts and ends in Magnuson Park and there are 50-mile and 100-mile loop options, taking you through all the beautiful scenery Seattle has to offer. Safeway Update!
For all of you Safeway shoppers, Sin Dawgs, Peace Bombs, and Blues Buns are now available in all Safeway locations that currently sell our bread! That means 21 Safeway locations in the Portland area are now carrying the full line of DKB products. For a location near you, check out our store locator. Also, we will be having two demos at all of these Safeways on Friday each week, from 4-7pm, over the next several weeks. This Friday, July 23rd, there will be Safeway demos at the SE Sunnyside location in Clackamas and the NE Sandy Blvd location in Portland. Come by to sample all the breads and learn more about DKB!

Bite of Seattle
Coming up this weekend, July 16-18th, is the Northwest's premier food festival, the 29th annual Comcast Bite of Seattle. Restaurants, wineries, and breweries from all over the Northwest converge on Seattle Center for a weekend filled with samples, contests, giveaways, and fun events! Look for the Dave's Killer Bread booth, where you will be able to sample and purchase all varieties of DKB as well as score some free swag (like new killer tote bags and coloring books) and meet Dave himself! Seattle to Portland!
We are excited to be the Official Bread of the 2010 Group Health STP on July 17th and 18th! This 200-mile bicycle ride is the largest multi-day bicycle event in the Northwest, with up to 10,000 participants riding from Seattle to Portland in one or two days. The route takes you through the scenic valleys, forests, and farmlands of Western Washington and Oregon. Come join what Bicycling Magazine has listed as one of the best cycling events in the nation! And if you can't make the ride, make sure to drop by the Finish Line Festival at Holladay Park in northeast Portland. This year's festival will feature music, food and beverage service, exhibitor and sponsor booths, massage tent, showers, first aid, and most importantly, free samples of Dave's Killer Bread!

Cycle Oregon Weekend Event
Dave's Killer Bread will be the official bread sponsor of the Cycle Oregon Weekend Event. The event takes place this Friday through Sunday, July 16th-18th, and this year they are back with the same great setting, accomodations, and hospitality as last year but with new routes! They are setting up base at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR and will have 10 different routes to choose from, with rolling hills, covered bridges, and even ferry crossing! Oregon Country Fair
It's that time of year again for the Oregon Country Fair! Come by the Park Street Cafe booth and get a sandwich made on Dave's Killer Bread. The Oregon Country Fair celebrates with world class entertainment, hand-made crafts, delectable foods, educational displays and magical surprises at every turn of the path. It is located 13 miles west of Eugene near Veneta, Oregon and takes place from 11am to 7pm this Friday, July 9th, through Sunday, July 11th.

DKB Hits California!
We are pleased to announce that Dave's Killer Bread will now be available for purchase at four Winco locations in California! The first two are in SoCal and are selling the bread now, and those are in Temecula and Fontana. Starting Wednesday, June 30th, DKB will also be for sale in the Winco stores in Roseville and Folsom! We are very excited about this long awaited expansion into California, and hope to be continuing to hit the shelves in more and more locations. Baby steps first though... we'll keep you posted when anything new happens!

Blues Fest
This Fourth of July weekend, make sure to come down to the Waterfront Blues Fest in downtown Portland. We will have a booth set up where you can sample and purchase all varieties of Dave's Killer Bread, along with some sweet deals where you can score some free swag! The event takes place from Friday, July 2nd, through Monday, July 5th. What better way to celebrate the country you love than with lots of people and Killer Bread that you love too? OMSI After Dark
This Wednesday, June 30th, head on down to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry from 7-10pm for OMSI After Dark. This awesome event is for ages 21+ and you can come down and explore all the exhibits, from the physics lab to the T-Rex bones while enjoying food and drink from various vendors. Stop by the Dave's Killer Bread table and try all our different breads while you check out all the great exhibits or enjoy a laser light show set to Pink Floyd's "The Wall." It's gonna be a great time and we hope to see you there!

Fremont Fair
On June 19th and 20th the Fremont Fair returns to celebrate community with a toast to summer! Founded in 1972, the Fremont Fair is one of Seattle's most beloved neighborhood street festivals, featuring a weekend of eclectic activities that celebrate the quirky community of Fremont, the self-proclaimed "center of the universe". More importantly, "Killer" Dave and his esteemed crew of sales reps will be sampling and selling all varieties of Dave's Killer Bread from our own 10' x 10' booth right on Fremont Avenue.
