Rockin’ Cinnamon French Toast
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
8 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Raisin’ The Roof! Breakfast Bread
4 Tbsp. butter
4 pasture-raised eggs
¼ cup whole organic milk
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup fresh berries, to garnish
¼ cup maple syrup, warmed, to garnish
Directions:
Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Dip each slice of Breakfast Bread in egg mixture coating both sides.
Add coated bread slices to hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until each side is browned and golden. Repeat with remainder of Breakfast Bread.
Serve French toast with berries and warmed maple syrup. Enjoy!
