Thanksgiving Leftover Club Sando

INGREDIENTS
6 slices Dave’s Killer Bread White Bread Done White
¼ cup leftover cranberry sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place slices of bread in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise.
Spread a heaping tablespoon cranberry mayo onto each slice of bread.
Top two slices of bread with turkey, a slice of bacon, red onion and arugula. Top with another slice of bread, mayo side down.
Top with turkey, bacon, red onion, arugula, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.
Add toothpicks to the center of each sandwich.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
Remove sandwiches from oven and cut diagonally to form triangles.
Eat immediately and enjoy!
