Thanksgiving Leftover Club Sando

  • Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 slices Dave’s Killer Bread White Bread Done White

  • ¼ cup leftover cranberry sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded

  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup arugula

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place slices of bread in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise.

  3. Spread a heaping tablespoon cranberry mayo onto each slice of bread.

  4. Top two slices of bread with turkey, a slice of bacon, red onion and arugula. Top with another slice of bread, mayo side down.

  5. Top with turkey, bacon, red onion, arugula, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.

  6. Add toothpicks to the center of each sandwich.

  7. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.

  8. Remove sandwiches from oven and cut diagonally to form triangles.

  9. Eat immediately and enjoy!
