Capicola Crunch Sub
INGREDIENTS:
1 Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains & Seeds Sandwich Rolls
2 slices provolone cheese
4 slices deli genoa salami
2 slices deli ham
2 slices deli mortadella
4 slices deli capicola
¼ cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 plum tomato, sliced
2-3 thinly sliced pieces red onion
½ tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Calabrian chiles, chopped
1/3 cup kettle chips, crushed
Directions:
Prepare sandwich: add cheese to sandwich roll followed by salami, ham, mortadella, capicola, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Sprinkle sando with dried oregano, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
Top with Calabrian chilies and crushed kettle chips.
Top with sandwich bun and enjoy!
