Vegan BLTA on Rye

A classic BLT but with a tempeh spin, back flip and epic landing onto slices of rye. Radddd!

  • Makes 1 serving

    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Righteous Rye™ Bread

  • ½ cup smoked tempeh

  • 2 pieces romaine lettuce

  • ½ tomato, sliced

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. vegan mayo

    Directions:

  1. Lightly toast rye bread, if desired.

  2. Spread vegan mayo on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Layer with smoked tempeh, romaine lettuce, sliced tomato and avocado. Top with remaining slice.

  4. Cut sandwich and serve.
